Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join our manufacturing team in West Virginia. You will lead maintenance activities, troubleshoot complex equipment, and coordinate preventive maintenance programs while guiding junior technicians and collaborating with engineering and production teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, PLC experience, and a commitment to safety and quality in a demanding plant environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Journeyman electrical license is a plus.
• Extensive experience in maintenance and repair of complex machinery and systems.
• Knowledge of advanced maintenance techniques including predictive and condition-based maintenance.
• Proficiency with specialized diagnostic tools and equipment for diagnosing and repairing complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced maintenance and repair tasks and coordinate maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and procedures.
• Take a lead role in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain programmable logic controller (PLC) systems.
• Provide technical guidance and training to Maintenance Technician I and II team members.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize equipment performance and reliability.
