Job summary

Highline Warren is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to join our Warren, WV manufacturing team. You will serve as a senior member, leading maintenance activities and coordinating priorities while applying advanced knowledge across diverse systems.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, develop preventive maintenance procedures, and collaborate with engineering and production teams to enhance equipment reliability and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Journeyman electrical license is a plus.
• Extensive experience in maintenance and repair of complex machinery and systems.
• In-depth knowledge of advanced maintenance techniques including predictive/condition-based maintenance.
• Proficiency with specialized tools for diagnosing and repairing complex issues.
• Experience managing maintenance projects (planning, budgeting, coordinating resources).
• Strong leadership to supervise and train junior technicians.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance activities and coordinate priorities.
• Oversee installation, calibration, and maintenance of control systems.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify equipment failures.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment performance.
• Document actions and communicate needs across teams.
