Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude.
• Define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Interpret instructions in mathematical or diagram form.
• Operate a computer; use spreadsheets and reporting software.
• Wear/use PPE and follow safety protocols.
• Independently troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement solutions.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced maintenance and repair tasks.
• Lead maintenance activities and coordinate team tasks.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify root causes.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Inspect equipment and analyze failures for root causes.
• Install, calibrate, and maintain control systems (PLC).
• Collaborate with engineering and production to optimize equipment performance.
• Document maintenance actions and maintain records.
