Job summary

Highline Aftermarket seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team in McDonough, GA. You will be a senior member of the maintenance group with extensive knowledge across systems and equipment, taking a leadership role in coordinating and prioritizing maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include leading troubleshooting, implementing preventive maintenance, and guiding technicians I and II.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee installation, calibration, and maintenance of control systems (PLC).
• Document actions and communicate effectively with teams and management.
