Job summary

Staffmark Group is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for our client on the 2nd shift in Kentucky. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining automated manufacturing equipment and production machinery, with emphasis on PLC programming, HMI/SCADA systems, and electrical controls.

Qualifications

• Technical degree or vocational training required or preferred.
• Strong ability to read electrical schematics, manuals, and machine documentation.
• Advanced PLC programming, troubleshooting, and diagnostics experience required.
• Experience with HMI/SCADA systems and industrial controls preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
• Program, modify, and troubleshoot PLC-controlled systems.
• Diagnose and repair HMI, SCADA, servo drive, electrical, and control system issues.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
• Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve equipment issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
