Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support a highly automated manufacturing environment in Washington. The role emphasizes troubleshooting PLCs, preventive and predictive maintenance, and hands-on repair of electrical and mechanical components.

The ideal candidate will read schematics, work with CMMS for work orders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting and light programming of PLCs.
• Experience as a maintenance technician in a highly automated manufacturing facility.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics, and ladder/function block logic.

Responsibilities

• Perform unplanned and planned maintenance on production and facility equipment using CMMS to record work.
• Make recommendations for preventative/predictive maintenance tasks to improve efficiency and equipment availability.
• Repair and replace electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic components as directed by supervision.
• Diagnose faults on electrical equipment and complex systems to identify hazards and needed adjustments.
