Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 8+ years in manufacturing, preferably pharma.
• Associates/Technical Diploma with 4+ years in manufacturing, preferably pharma.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 2+ years in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill work order information in SAP on a timely basis and confirm status.
• Assists in developing detailed training for maintenance field staff and acts as SME/on-the-job trainer.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting to determine root cause and apply corrective actions.
• Oversees timely completion of the Preventative Maintenance plan and compliance.
• Coordinates outside contractors for projects and supports cross-functional improvement teams.
• Supports training of production and maintenance personnel and serves as SME/trainer.
• Provides supervisory relief and coverage as needed to meet business priorities.
• Responds to maintenance emergencies with effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoots and implements corrective actions for equipment performance issues.
