Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 8+ years manufacturing experience, preferably pharma.
• Associates Degree/Technical Diploma +4 years in manufacturing, pharma preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree +2 years in manufacturing, regulated industry preferred.
• Knowledge of EHS requirements.
• Advanced troubleshooting and data analytics.
• Proficient verbal and written communication.
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy.
• Knowledge of FMEA.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill SAP work orders and keep status updates.
• Develop training programs; serve as SME and trainer.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting to determine root causes.
• Oversee preventative maintenance plan and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate external contractors for projects.
• Contribute to cross-functional equipment improvement teams.
• Provide supervisory relief to support priorities.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies with technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for performance issues.
