Job summary

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma with substantial manufacturing experience (pharma preferred), or an associate/bachelor degree with relevant industry experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 8 years manufacturing experience (pharma preferred).
• Associate/Technical Diploma with 4 years manufacturing experience (pharma preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with 2 years manufacturing experience (regulated industry).
• Knowledge of EHS requirements.
• Advanced troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy.
• Basic leadership and mentoring.
• Ability to read blueprints and P&IDs; FMEA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill work order information in SAP on a timely basis and confirm status.
• Serve as SME and on-the-job trainer for less experienced Technicians.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Oversee preventative maintenance plan timelines and compliance.
• Coordinate outside contractors for projects or scaled work.
• Contribute to cross-functional equipment improvement teams.
• Support training of prod. & maintenance personnel on electro-mechanical equipment.
• Provide supervisory relief to support priorities and critical tasks.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies with effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and implement corrective actions for performance issues.
