Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim is seeking a maintenance technician to support high-speed production lines and clean utilities in a regulated pharmaceutical environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, completing SAP work orders, and mentoring less experienced technicians while ensuring adherence to EHS standards and GMP guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must have strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Experience with manufacturing equipment and upkeep processes.
• Familiarity with SAP and maintenance planning.
• Understanding of EHS requirements and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill work orders in SAP and track status.
• Develop or follow maintenance training plans and mentor others.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root-cause analyses.
• Support Preventive Maintenance programs and reliability improvements.
• Assist contractors on mid-level projects and cross-functional teams.
