The ideal candidate will troubleshoot equipment, perform root-cause analyses, and support corrective actions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize uptime and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma plus 5+ years in manufacturing, preferably pharma.
• Associates/Technical Diploma plus 2+ years in manufacturing, pharma preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field plus 1+ year in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill work orders in SAP and track status.
• Develop training programs and mentor technicians.
• Independent troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of equipment issues.
• Support preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
• Assist outside contractors on mid-level projects.
• Contribute to cross-functional equipment improvement teams.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies.
• Implement corrective actions for performance issues.
