Qualifications

• High School Diploma with 8+ years in manufacturing, pharma preferred.
• Associates/Technical Diploma with 4+ years in pharma manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in manufacturing in regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of EHS requirements and SOPs.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in SAP and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill work order information in SAP on a timely basis and confirm status.
• Assists in development of detailed training programs and serves as SME.
• Performs advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Oversees completion of Preventative Maintenance plan on time and compliant.
• Coordinates work of outside contractors for projects.
• Contributes to cross-functional equipment improvement teams.
• Provide SME guidance and training to production and maintenance staff.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies and implement corrective actions.
