Job summary

Chestnut Hill Realty is seeking a Senior Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Brookline community. You will perform advanced maintenance and repairs, lead on-site technical work, mentor junior technicians, and support the Service Manager to deliver first-class resident service.

Candidates should have 3+ years of maintenance experience, strong customer service, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable on-call including weekends and nights.

Qualifications

• Has experience as a Maintenance Technician.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver license required.
• Great customer service skills and desire to impact residents' lives.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests and work orders.
• Perform complex diagnostics and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances and other building systems.
• Ensure make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.
• Respond to on-call emergencies.
