Chestnut Hill Realty is seeking a Senior Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Brookline community. You will serve as the on-site technical lead, mentoring junior technicians and supporting the Service Manager to maintain a first-class resident experience.

We value hands-on problem solving across electrical, plumbing and appliance systems, and you should enjoy a hardworking team environment. This role requires on-call availability, including weekends and some nights.

The Senior Service Technician is responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair work. This role serves as a technical lead on-site, mentoring junior technicians, supporting the Service Manager with operational tasks, and ensuring consistent quality and responsiveness in service delivery. The successful candidate will bring outstanding maintenance and customer service skills, as well as an enthusiastic spirit to ensure a first class resident experience.

Senior Maintenance Technicians:

• Has experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Prefer to work with your hands, problem solving on electrical, plumbing and appliance issues
