Job summary

Chestnut Hill Realty is seeking a Senior Apartment Maintenance Technician for our Brookline community. You will perform advanced maintenance and repairs, lead on-site technical work, mentor junior technicians, and support the Service Manager to deliver first-class resident service.

Candidates should have 3+ years of maintenance experience, strong customer service, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable on-call including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests and work orders.

The Senior Service Technician is responsible for performing advanced maintenance and repair work. This role serves as a technical lead on-site, mentoring junior technicians, supporting the Service Manager with operational tasks, and ensuring consistent quality and responsiveness in service delivery. The successful candidate will bring outstanding maintenance and customer service skills, as well as an enthusiastic spirit to ensure a first class resident experience.

Senior Maintenance Technicians

• Has experience as a Maintenance Technician
• Prefer to work with your hands, problem solving on electrical, plumbing and appliance issues
• Enjoy being part of a hardworking, dedicated team

• Understand emergencies arise, and are comfortable being on call (weekends and nights required)
