Job summary

You will install, repair, and maintain mechanical and electronic equipment, plan work orders, and minimize downtime while adhering to quality and safety standards. The role demands advanced troubleshooting, mentoring junior technicians, and contributing to continuous improvement, with a focus on cGMP/regulatory compliance and accurate CMMS

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related electro-mechanical maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced preventive and corrective maintenance on sophisticated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and automated systems independently.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to entry-level technicians.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with FDA, GMP, ISO standards, and safety protocols.
• Utilize CMMS and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
