Niagara Water in Vernon, CA seeks a Sr. Maintenance Technician to safeguard equipment uptime through deep troubleshooting and repairs. You will lead maintenance efficiency, train staff, and participate in continuous improvement projects to reduce downtime.

You will read schematics, use precision tools and hydraulic/electrical knowledge to overhaul equipment during planned downtime and transfer know-how to the Niagara team for bottling production areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in a maintenance manufacturing environment.
• Ability to communicate across departments and leaders.
• Read and interpret electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with shop tools and precision measuring equipment.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to safety and GMP standards plant-wide.
• Train and lead Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on procedures.
• Develop and execute projects for continuous improvement and upgrades.
• Rapidly identify machine problems and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with other Sr. Maintenance Technicians to resolve issues.
• Use software systems to analyze issues and drive throughput.
