Job summary

Niagara Bottling is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure equipment uptime by diagnosing and repairing production equipment, chillers, compressors and water filtration systems. You will work with Operators, Supervisors and Sr.

Technicians to address issues and implement improvements on shift. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in maintenance, strong electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic skills, and a proven ability to read schematics and document work orders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in field or similar maintenance environment.
• 4+ years experience in position and managing people/projects.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate across departments.
• Basic experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to read schematics: electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems using schematics and testing equipment.
• Repair equipment, fixtures, conveyors, and other facility systems.
• Modify, lubricate, diagnose, and operate equipment per Niagara processes.
• Maintain industrial control systems and safety practices.
• Work independently and with the team to complete repairs on shift.
• May fill in for production operator as needed.
• Document repairs and report parts usage via work orders.
