Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair.
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Ability to use a smart device and property management software.
• English fluency and good time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and other building equipment.
• Lead and mentor junior maintenance technicians and manage project teams.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and conduct regular inspections.
• Address resident maintenance requests professionally and promptly.
• Assist with inventory management and reporting in SightPlan.
• Participate in on-call after-hours rotation and safety compliance.
