Job summary

Liquid Environmental Solutions Corporation – Jacksonville Plant is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to act as the senior technical maintenance resource for the facility. You will lead hands-on maintenance, troubleshoot and repair industrial wastewater pretreatment equipment, and coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective tasks to maximize reliability and uptime.

The role requires a minimum seven years in industrial maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical skills up to 480 VAC, CMMS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs.
• Proficient in CMMS and documentation.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to participate in on-call and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction and technical leadership to maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot and repair wastewater pretreatment equipment and utilities.
• Create, update, and close work orders in CMMS; maintain records.
• Mentor and train maintenance personnel; support safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for projects.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with policies.
• Operate shop equipment and read schematics/P&IDs as needed.
