Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and 7+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&IDs.
• Proficient in CMMS and Microsoft Office with strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily technical leadership and prioritize maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair wastewater pretreatment equipment.
• Create and close work orders in CMMS with accurate records.
• Coach and mentor maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate with operations for uptime and safety compliance.
