You will apply advanced maintenance knowledge to keep plant operations safe, reliable, and efficient, driving improvements while expanding skills through on‑the‑job training and certifications.

You’ll diagnose complex machinery, perform preventive maintenance, and support operators with equipment reliability initiatives, working Monday through Friday with occasional weekend needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5–8 years of experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Expert proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.
• Intermediate proficiency with PLC.
• Commitment to continuous learning and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform highly technical, independent maintenance tasks and occasional decisions.
• Diagnose and repair complex machinery; conduct preventive maintenance and improve reliability.
• Provide support to Operators around machine OEE and collaborate with teams to solve problems.
• Assist in troubleshooting equipment setup and production changeovers.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns promptly and report unusual or hazardous situations.
• Follow safety and quality protocols to ensure production standards are met.
