Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and Equivalent Experience.
5-8 years experience in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
Expert proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, welding and rigging.
Intermediate proficiency with PLC.
Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Maintain Perdue Farms QEW Certification.
Preferred: 2-year technical degree in engineering or industrial maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform highly technically complex tasks with a higher degree of independence.
Diagnose and repair complex machinery and perform preventive maintenance.
Provide operators support around machine reliability and collaborate with teams.
Assist in troubleshooting equipment setup and production changeovers.
Respond to breakdowns promptly and report safety concerns.
Follow safety standards and quality protocols to exceed production standards.
Maintain records and prepare clear oral and written reports.
Work all required schedules.
