Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential maintenance or related experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Experience mentoring less-experienced technicians
• Experience with maintenance management systems; AppFolio preferred

Responsibilities

• Advanced maintenance & repairs across residential properties (plumbing, appliances, carpentry, drywall, flooring)
• Preventative maintenance and inspections of building systems and HVAC
• Complete unit turnovers and make-readies for new residents
• Provide technical leadership and support to other technicians
• Manage work orders, document repairs, and ensure safety procedures
