The Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Vancouver, WA to support premier residential communities. You will perform turnovers, respond to service requests, troubleshoot issues, and conduct routine inspections, ensuring all systems operate reliably.

You will work closely with the property management team to maintain high-quality environments and support residents with timely, professional maintenance services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in property / building systems.
• Ability to respond to service calls and perform inspections.
• Strong problem-solving skills and daily, hands-on work.
