Sares Regis Group Residential in Vancouver, WA is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for a 200-unit community. The role involves turnover, renovations and responsive maintenance across electrical, plumbing, drywall, and carpentry tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, paint and appliances.
• 1 year of demonstrated knowledge and skill; able to use required tools and machinery; OSHA/MSDS knowledge.
• Ability to read and interpret service orders, safety rules and manuals.
• Weekend work availability is required.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional interaction with others.

Responsibilities

• Work on turnover and renovation units and respond to maintenance service requests.
• Perform external and internal repairs including plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and appliance work.
• Participate in emergency and after-hours coverage as scheduled.
• Operate tools to repair or fabricate parts, cabinets, counters and wooden structures.
