Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Massachusetts is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to serve as the advanced technical leader on the property. You will diagnose complex system issues, lead large repair projects, and mentor junior technicians to elevate team performance.

This full-time role requires on-site work, with an 8:00 am–5:00 pm schedule and on-call rotation. Compensation is $28–$30 per hour, plus lease renewal bonuses, with a strong emphasis on safety, leadership, and resident service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in multifamily housing.
• Advanced proficiency in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Lead full turns and larger renovation or repair projects.
• Perform advanced panel, breaker, motor, and fixture replacements with code.
• Inspect mechanical systems and recommend preventative solutions.
• Coordinate vendors for specialized work and manage costs.
• Lead emergency response and on-call service.
• Mentor Technician I and II team members.
