WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support 250 affordable units at Brunswick Holborn Apartments, spanning Dorchester and Roxbury, MA. You will service rental units, common areas, offices, and exterior spaces, with a focus on quality and safety.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with a monthly on-call rotation. Pay ranges from $27.00 to $30.00 per hour, depending on experience, and requires strong English communication and reliable transportation.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of relevant maintenance experience required.
• General knowledge of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer and tablet familiarity.
• Ability to work on-call during evenings or weekends as needed.
• Ability to understand basic English and work with diverse teams.

Aufgaben

• Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Lead and train Maintenance Technician I and II.
• Complete service requests and repairs per procedures.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and market readiness.
• Assist in preventive maintenance and inspections with supervision.
• Maintain grounds, snow removal, and trash management to preserve curb appeal.
• Be available for on-call duties during off-hours as scheduled.
