WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Silver Leaf Terrace Apartments in Leominster, MA, a 216-unit affordable community. You will perform maintenance across rental units, common areas, office, grounds, and parking to keep residents happy.

The role requires basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs, plus solid customer service and teamwork. The position includes on-call duties outside regular hours and a pay range of $25.00 to $28.00 per hour, depending

Qualifications

1-3 years of relevant work experience.
General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
A valid driver's license in good standing.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer/tablet literacy.
On-call availability for urgent needs.
Ability to speak and understand basic English.
Ability to work with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair in appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
Complete service requests and vacant unit preparation to market-ready standards.
Follow preventive maintenance programs, safety and inspection routines.
Maintain grounds and curb appeal including snow removal and landscaping.
Be available for on-call work during off-hours as needed.
