Job summary

WinnCompanies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for The Orpheum, a 130-unit luxury community in Dover, NH. You will perform maintenance across rental units, resident areas, offices, grounds and parking areas, handling tasks in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and basic HVAC.

The role offers a pay range of $26.00-$28.00 per hour, dependent on experience, and a schedule from Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating on-call duty every other week.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC.
• A valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic familiarity with computers and tablets.
• Availability for on-call during off hours.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair appliances, carpentry, hardware, masonry, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and HVAC.
• Complete service requests and repairs; ensure vacants are market-ready.
• Perform preventive maintenance and unit inspections.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal (snow removal, landscaping, trash).
• Be available for on-call activity as scheduled.
