Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation with the team.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance policies and SDS.
• Knowledge of PPE and safe chemical handling.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and painting.

Responsabilités

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs per standards and timelines.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready and performs turnkey work as needed.
• Performs preventative maintenance on community systems.
• Assists in interior and exterior painting.
• Maintains safety culture and reports unsafe conditions.
• Performs hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
