Job summary

Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection, invites an experienced Maintenance Technician III to join our engineering team. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems to ensure safety, reliability, and seamless guest experiences.

Work closely with the Director of Engineering and senior staff on preventative maintenance, documentation, and project support for renovations and capital improvements across the resort.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school or equivalent.
• Three to six months of related experience and/or training.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance practices, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Advanced troubleshooting & repair of building systems and equipment.
• Preventative maintenance inspections, servicing, calibration, and upkeep.
• Life safety & compliance with codes, NFPA standards, and safe practices.
• Service response with urgent repairs and guest service.
• Documentation of maintenance activities and materials used.
• Project support for renovations and capital projects as assigned.
• Communicate status and needs to leadership and departments.
• Inventory monitoring and requisition of parts and tools.
• Mentorship and leadership to junior technicians.
