Qualifications

• One-year certificate from a college or technical school, or 3–6 months of related experience.
• Strong working knowledge of building systems, preventive maintenance practices, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and respond effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to optimize system performance and extend equipment lifespan.
• Life Safety & Compliance: ensure work complies with codes and safety standards.
• Response to service requests with urgency and guest service mindset.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, parts used, and materials required.
• Assist with renovations, capital projects, and equipment installations as assigned.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments.
