Job summary

Delaware North is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Worker for Southland Casino Hotel in West Memphis, Arkansas. The role focuses on troubleshooting and performing routine repairs across electrical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, glazier, and painting tasks to keep facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Minimum five years’ experience in general maintenance or repair for commercial facility.
• A valid driver's license.
• No high school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Paint, hang, repair drywall, change light bulbs, replace fixtures and perform minor electrical tasks; plumbing repairs including clogged drains and leaks; lawn maintenance.
• Carpentry tasks such as installing shelves, hooks, or closet rods and occasional office remodels.
• Small engine repair and maintenance.
• Ensure tools and equipment are in good condition and the maintenance room is kept tidy.
