Job summary

ATS is seeking an experienced maintenance technician for on-site work in Colorado. Responsibilities include expert break-fix and preventive maintenance, identifying parts, and leading continuous improvement efforts.

Candidates should have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, plus experience with PD relationships and safety programs. The role requires knowledge of hydraulic/pneumatic systems, LOTO practices, and the ability to interpret schematics.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; technical associates preferred.
• 5+ years in a similar maintenance/industrial environment or 7+ years in related field.
• Experience with predictive technologies, precision alignments, and equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform expert break-fix and preventive maintenance on equipment and tooling.
• Identify and source replacement parts; evaluate cost and reliability improvements.
• Lead CI activities and mentor junior technicians; train staff.
