Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC is hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician at the Detroit plant. The role focuses on maximizing equipment uptime through detailed troubleshooting and repair, sharing knowledge with the maintenance team and operators, and acting as a subject matter expert across multiple bottling lines and packaging equipment.

The position requires strong leadership, the ability to train staff, and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must have extensive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience managing people or projects is required; training能力 is valued.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety and good manufacturing practices plant-wide.
• Lead and train Operators, Mechanics and Supervisors on procedures.
• Develop and execute projects involving continuous improvement and upgrades.
• Identify machine problems quickly and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with other Sr. Maintenance Technicians to resolve issues.
• Create and follow SOPs for troubleshooting and reliability.
