Safran Cabin Inc. is seeking a senior maintenance professional to resolve technical problems in maintenance operations and improve equipment and facility efficiencies. You will assist with upkeep of facilities and resources and support production uptime.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, strong problem solving, and ability to work independently with limited direction in a Lean environment.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in maintenance operations.
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow through with limited direction.

Responsabilités

• Install conduit for newly installed machines and use hand tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair/replace mechanical equipment.
• Assist with retrofitting outdated lighting throughout the building.
• Assist with maintaining HVAC/RTAC units.
• Assist with repairing HVAC/RTAC units and Air Handler units on roof top.
• Assist with repair and replace VAV box heaters, motors, and controls.
• Set-up of various types of production equipment (including: DMS & Thermwood CNC machines, oil heaters, dust collection systems, presses).
• Perform equipment and building maintenance PMs.
• Maintain records and files, prepare reports and order supplies and equipment.
• Assist with all types of building maintenance.
• Welding & Fabrication.
• Diagnose and replace faulty mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic components.
