Job summary

Vista Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to lead and perform advanced maintenance tasks across the property, including electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC needs. You will handle work orders, unit turns, and preventative maintenance to support occupancy goals and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• HVAC, CFC, EPA certifications preferred.
• Proficiency with Yardi and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist with and lead maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, appliances, and HVAC repairs.
• Manage daily work orders and ensure timely completion in 24–48 hours.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas; assist with unit turns and safety.
• Coordinate with management for proposals and safety compliance.
