Job summary

Vista Springs is seeking a dependable maintenance technician to support repairs, room moves, and cosmetic refresh work across our community. The role emphasizes hands-on, collaborative work to maintain a safe, clean environment for residents and staff.

Experience in maintenance (plumbing, electrical, painting) plus a high school diploma or GED is preferred. A valid driver's license is required; lifting and physical work are expected. Competitive pay and benefits accompany this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Prior maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Capable of lifting 50–75 lbs and performing physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Paint and repair surfaces as needed.
• Shampoo carpet and strip/wax floors in common areas.
• Clean and replace lights; basic electrical tasks as required.
• Repair and replace items and fixtures; assist with room moves.
• Assist with Fire Drills and general safety procedures.
• Perform small remodeling tasks and routine facility upkeep.
