Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues on CNC machines and related equipment in an onsite facility. The role includes preventive maintenance, alignment, and testing of machine tools, with emphasis on Fanuc, Mazatrol, Siemens, and Okuma controls.

The candidate will install, calibrate, and repair CNC systems, document changes, and coordinate parts with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on a range of machine tools.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain mechanical and electrical systems on various machine tools and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and audits of facility systems, utilities, and safety equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and wiring/ PLC related documents.
• Install, align, and test CNC machinery and related components; document work
• Log maintenance activities in the maintenance system and coordinate with suppliers.
