Qualifications

• Vocational training in one or more trades (electrical, plumbing, masonry, mechanical equipment, etc.).
• Minimum two years’ experience in construction, maintenance, or equipment/vehicle repair work with breadth across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections, maintenance and repair of building systems (plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, painting).
• Maintain records and work orders; assist with material estimation and ordering.
