Qualifications

• One year of work experience in electrical, plumbing, masonry, mechanical equipment, locksmithing, painting, motor vehicle maintenance, grounds keeping, equipment maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, welding, or electronic cabling.
• Completion of trade school in any of the above may be substituted for experience.

Responsibilities
