ESFM USA is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician for a full-time role in Newtown Square, PA. The position entails maintaining and repairing electrical and mechanical systems across facilities, with emphasis on BAS troubleshooting and BACnet communications.

The role includes leading fellow technicians and coordinating repairs with vendors and internal teams. Candidates should have five years in institutional maintenance and hold a Journeyman license or EPA refrigeration certification.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience as a maintenance technician in an institutional setting.
• Journeyman license or EPA refrigeration certification required.
• Ability to read blueprints, specifications and models.

Responsibilities

• Constructs, finishes, installs, maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical systems, or the facilities of any related systems, using power and hand tools and other necessary equipment.
• Demonstrates advanced diagnostic skills and the ability to perform repairs across multiple types of equipment.
• Cleans, lubricates, services, repairs or diagnoses malfunctions of HVAC, electrical and mechanical building systems, sterilizers, sprinkler and standpipe systems, transport systems, electronic signaling systems, fire alarm systems and similar specialty equipment items with appropriate training, certification skills and licensing requirements as needed.
• Leads a group of workers on a project.
• Teaches maintenance skills to other members of the department.
