Qualifications

• Five years of facilities maintenance experience with BAS and building systems knowledge.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; driving license required.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred; OSHA training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing and life-safety systems.
• Read blueprints and operate central plant equipment; document work orders.
• Respond to emergencies (fire alarms, leaks, power issues) and coordinate with vendors.
• Keep records, use BAS and MS Office for reporting; maintain safe work environments.
