Job summary

Qualifications

Mastery-level knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and diagnostic capability.
Ability to interpret complex electrical schematics, PLC Logic, and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead diagnosis and correction of the most complex mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation failures.
Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies for critical manufacturing assets.
Provide advanced diagnostic support for automated and integrated manufacturing systems; support commissioning and upgrades.
Champion safety compliance and lockout/tagout practices; ensure environmental and regulatory adherence.
MentorMaintenance Technician I–III roles and share best practices across shifts/site.
Document complex maintenance activities in the CMMS and support audit readiness.
