Job summary

Union Technologies, headquartered in Dallas, TX, seeks a Maintenance Technician IV to serve as a subject-matter expert in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing manufacturing equipment and facility systems. You will drive reliability improvements within a Factories-as-a-Stockpile environment and lead complex problem-solving for CNC, forging, and automated systems.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years of progressive maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with advanced automation and control systems.
• HS diploma required; technical degree or certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Lead complex problem-solving efforts to improve equipment reliability.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of CNC machines, forging presses, conveyors, and automated systems.
