Job summary

Nidec Motor Corporation is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to repair and maintain automated production machinery, including PLCs, robots, and servo drives. You will lead troubleshooting efforts, participate in preventative maintenance programs, and support continuous improvement across the line.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of experience with electro-mechanical systems, the ability to read complex schematics, and strong teamwork and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance troubleshooting on automated assembly equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics and interpret manuals.
• Strong PLC diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, diagnose, and repair problems on automated production machinery.
• Lead preventative maintenance and schedule PM activities with supervision.
• Train operators on simple PM tasks and support spare parts inventory.
