Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to serve as a technical expert across our business units. This role involves maintaining, optimizing, troubleshooting, and repairing critical equipment and systems, and mentoring Tech I–II and operators.

You will work with advanced automation to drive operational excellence, applying NEC and safety standards, reading blueprints, and leading troubleshooting efforts across electrical, mechanical, and fluid power systems.

Qualifications

• Electronic and mechanical maintenance experience is required.
• Familiarity with electrical controls and safety standards is expected.
• Experience reading blueprints and troubleshooting PLCs is required.

Responsibilities

• Electrical & Controls: plan wiring, read blueprints and install/maintain electrical systems.
• Mechanical & Fluid Power: service conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, and HVAC systems.
• Troubleshooting, PM & Fabrication: diagnose defects and perform preventive maintenance.
