Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years maintaining and troubleshooting electronic, electrical, or automated production equipment.
• Experience in GMP, ISO, and FDA-regulated environments preferred.
• Ability to work independently as the primary technical resource on a shift while collaborating with teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and support complex automated manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain production output.
• Monitor equipment performance and production metrics to ensure achievement of OEE and targets.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document activities in CMMS (Maximo).
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, controls, and automation issues.
• Utilize manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to support operation and reliability.
• Follow safety procedures and document maintenance history for compliance.
• Communicate effectively with production, engineering, quality, and vendors to ensure reliable operations.
