Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support production and warehouse operations in a safe environment. You will act as a frontline leader for technical knowledge on complex automation and equipment issues, working with vendors and contractors to maintain equipment and inventories.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, downtime control, and communicating needs and actions to the Technical Supervisor and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals and work orders.
• Proficient with measurement tools (micrometer, caliper, tape measure).
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical devices and plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operation of machinery and equipment by completing preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot mechanical devices and correct issues to maintain productivity and quality.
• Control downtime by coordinating with all departments.
